Requesting Technical Support from TPH

How to contact TPH for Technical Support issues.

• Select the 'Technical Support' option from the side or top TPH Direct menu.
• Fill in your Name, Email Address, Phone Number (optional) and Details.
• We can respond to you faster if you provide us as much information as possible regarding your problem.
• If you receive an error message while using TPH Direct, copy and paste the entire error message into the "Details" section.
• When you are ready to submit your Technical Support Request click the "Send to TPH" button. Someone will contact you soon.
